Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trolless, an AI-powered social media comment moderation app developed by 20deka (Peter Dermek). By using Trolless, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Trolless provides automated comment moderation for social media pages. The app uses artificial intelligence to analyze comments and help you manage toxic or unwanted content on your connected pages.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Trolless.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have the authority to connect any Facebook Page you link to Trolless.

3. Free Plan & Subscriptions

• Free plan: Every account receives 100 free comment wipes (moderation actions). No credit card is required.
• Subscription: After exhausting the free quota, a paid subscription is required to continue using moderation features. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing.
• Pricing and plan details are displayed in the app and on the landing page.

4. Fair Use

• You agree to use Trolless only for legitimate comment moderation on pages you own or administer.
• You must not use Trolless to harass, censor legitimate speech, or violate any applicable laws.
• Automated abuse, excessive API calls, or attempts to circumvent usage limits may result in account suspension.

5. No Guarantee of Moderation Accuracy

Trolless uses AI models (including ChatGPT and Gemini) to classify comments. AI moderation is not perfect. We make no guarantees that:

• All toxic comments will be detected.
• Non-toxic comments will never be flagged incorrectly.
• The service will be available without interruption.

You are ultimately responsible for reviewing moderation decisions on your pages.

6. Intellectual Property

Trolless, its logo, design, and code are the property of 20deka. You retain ownership of your content and data. By connecting your pages, you grant Trolless a limited license to access and process your comments solely for the purpose of providing the moderation service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Trolless and disconnect your pages at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device; backend data will be deleted upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trolless and 20deka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm resulting from moderation decisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trolless after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.
